You give us: name and email (calculator gate, checkout, community sign-up); the inputs you type into the calculator; support messages. Payment: processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details. Automatically: usage and device data via analytics and advertising pixels (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, X Pixel), cookies, and similar technologies.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)

• Deliver the product/tool and provide support — performance of a contract.
• Marketing emails and educational content — your consent (unsubscribe anytime).
• Analytics, site improvement, advertising/retargeting — your consent (cookie banner) and/or legitimate interests.
• Legal/accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Processors we share data with

Stripe (payments), Kit/ConvertKit (email), Resend (transactional email), Skool (community), Google (Analytics), Meta and X (advertising pixels), Lovable (hosting), Namecheap (domain/DNS). Some are outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Our products are for business owners; not directed to anyone under 18.
