1. Who we are
mrsulcs.com is operated by SIA Devix (reg. 40203710936), Brīvības iela 40-20B, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products, the free calculator, or joining our community, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we sell
Digital educational products (guides, templates, courses), a free online calculator, access to an online community (hosted on Skool), and optional done-for-you and advisory services. Products are informational and educational.
3. Purchases & pricing
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes/VAT may be added based on your location. You are responsible for accurate billing information.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically immediately or shortly after successful payment. Provide a correct email address and check spam/promotions.
5. Licence & permitted use
On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the materials, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content, templates, tools, and materials are owned by SIA Devix or its licensors and protected by copyright. Buyer fill-in fields in templates are yours to use in your own work.
7. No guarantee of results
Our products describe methods that have worked for us and others. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, client, or result.
8. Not professional advice
Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
9. Community conduct
In our community (Skool) you agree to behave respectfully; we may remove members for abuse, spam, or sharing paid materials.
10. Acceptable use of the free calculator
Provided "as is" for estimation and educational purposes; outputs are approximations, not a promise of results.
11. Third-party services
We rely on third parties (Stripe, Kit/ConvertKit, Resend, Skool, Google, Meta, X). Your use of those may be subject to their terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Refunds
Governed by our Refund Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here.
15. Governing law
Governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
