30-day satisfaction guarantee
If a digital product isn't for you, email martins@uprankd.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it. No hoops.
EU right of withdrawal (digital content)
Digital products are delivered immediately. By purchasing and accessing/downloading them, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content, as permitted under EU consumer law. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day guarantee above, which is more generous.
Services (Deal Desk / DFY)
For done-for-you and advisory services, refund terms are set out in the specific offer/agreement for that service (work already performed may be non-refundable).
How to request a refund
Email martins@uprankd.com with your order email and product name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
